Ok for a ghouls rush in teams. This usaully works. Start with building 2 crypts/2 zags/altar. Then just build till u hit 30 food. And get DL for hero. Get sleep first. Use sleep for sleep n surround. Then get aura after. This is how i use my attributes. Sleep/Vamp aura/Vamp aura/Sleep/Vamp aura/Infernal/Sleep/Cone/cone

Here is what i do when i get fiends. I start off building Altar/zag. Then i wait for mine to fill up all 5 aco. Then i build crypt. Then Grave yard. Your crypt should be done before Grave yard so you can build one ghoul. That makes it easier to get fiends. Then after 3-4 fiends i build another Crypt. Then i just build fiends. Any other attachments you can do. stats/necs/banshees/ many combos i was just tellin u how i start things off.

My Melle strat. I start of building 2 crypts. Then 2 zags. Then altar. Then i build to food of 30. I get Dl. Sleep first then auras. I creep a mine. Then i just creep or rush. I get that mine with 3-4 acolytes. Then i upgrade halls. Then black citadel. Then i get 3 slaughter houses. Cuz the 2nd mine gives me money for that. I get 2 stats mana/health. Then just build aboms. My order of upgrades is..... Right when i get the 2nd mine summoning. I click on armor then attack. when halls is done i click on armor and attack. Then i get armor at end. Then i attack. If i attack and lose battle i upgrade attack. If i win batltle. I dont.

Casters. Okay the way i get casters. I start off altar/zag. Then crypt/zag.Then i get Tomb of Relics. Then grave yard. But in between u build ghouls. After u get 5 ghouls. About a minute after or right around after 5th ghoul you should have enough for halls.Keep building ghouls. After halls is upgrading get ur 5-6 ghoul go creep and just build about 4 more ghouls on lumber. After Halls is finished build 2 temple of the dammed and 1 slaughter house.I get 1 stats 2 wagons.. then i get 2 necs then i upgrade 1st book of both banshee and necs. Then i just go 2 necs 2 banshees. After about 5 of each i get black citedal. And get 2nd training of them. Now i can cripple and possess. Then i usaully get 3-5 aboms from slaughter house if im in the mood.
You can't always win. That's why you stop competing. Saves a lot of embarrassment.

Uhh... while you are at it, don't ever build dragonhawks, hippogryphs, batriders, etc., unless you plan to kill air... somehow I thought that was obvious.
Another note, Gargs and dragonhawks are commonly great in bigger games, because you have higher likelyhood of facing air first off, but also you are attacking them at a separate dimension. Here is what I mean...
Say you are attacking like normal. You have two allies that are going melee, two range, ur one of the range. He starts massing archers like they are going out of style. Should you get ground range? Honestly, this is kind of risky, in that the range you get will likely conflict with your allies archers, fighting for who gets the front lines, and really only one person's worth of units are attacking. Gargs and dragonhawks will not get in the way, will kill air, and yet still have attacks to kill melee quicker, or what can be even more fun, have tendency of being EXCELLENT hero nukers, for there is nothing stopping you!
